Job Description

This role involves responsibility for the overall management of fee and sub advisors fee calculations. You will endure all financial information from Fund Administrators is accurate and related reporting produced and delivered on a timely basis.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Responsible for the production of accurate and timely weighted average sub advisor fees per fund.


• Review and sign off on monthly reports to ensure fund expenses are correctly accrued and charged to funds.


• Establish a robust methodology and system to facilitate the internal allocation of revenue and fund expenses.


• Review and sign off on monthly client rebate calculations provided by third party administrator.


• Work with sales, legal and investment management to execute accurate fee set ups and agreements with new and existing clients, sub advisors and third party vendors.


• Work with IT and Finance to develop fee systems, processes and reporting.


• Responsible for timely receipts and payments of both direct and indirect fees.


• Assist with annual budget process.


• Review of the semi and annual accounts for Mercer funds.

Skills/Experience

· At least 5 years relevant experience.

· Good working knowledge of fund structure and parties to the fund and related fees.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Education / Professional Qualifications

· Relevant accounting qualification required.
