HR SERVICES MANAGER -EUROPE



Overview

Our client hosts a number of European shared services divisions in it's Cork facility.

The HR Services team are responsible for providing HR Shared Services across an expanding European operation, currently 6 markets. The scope of this function includes new market and customer support on all HR aspects related to legal, process, technical and contractual elements. With team members based in Cork, Paris and Milan, this front line support team are key role models of the company's passion and inspiration for excellence. We are looking for an energetic, inspiring and passionate Manager with the relevant experience to lead this dynamic team to meet significant growth in the next decade.

Critical objectives of this role include:

1) To lead, inspire and develop our European HR Services Team
2) To provide a internal customer experience that models our culture



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop European HR Services strategy to meet business goals to 2020
• Continue to evolve HR Services from current high performing team to take on the steep challenges over the next 3 years
• Lead and inspire HR Services Team based in Cork, Italy, Germany and France to deliver services in line with company Credo
• Design a support structure that creates a customer experience in line with company culture of passion and excellence
• Manage matrix organisation across Europe to deliver HR Services
• Manage internal employee records model in compliance with local laws and SOX
• Develop and project manage introduction of outsourced Records model in compliance with legal Data Protection/Privacy laws/SOX by country
• Create streamlined frameworks that deliver robust HR solutions that are scale-able to meet 2020 goals
• Ensure contractual offers and related paperwork are processed in compliance with local laws and company standards
• Develop single touch process for all contractual offers and paperwork
• Implement HR Systems support model to deliver timely support and training structure to all EU markets
• Involved with HR Projects as required


Education & Experience Needed

• Experience of working on large projects in a matrix organization
• Excellent organisational , strategic planning and process development skills
• Proven track record managing remote teams and external providers
• Ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment

• Some Travel required on a monthly basis
• Degree Level Qualification
