We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Support member for our clients Sales Team.


This position will require organisation skills and a proven track record in customer service.


Skill Requirements:


  • The successful applicant must have the ability to work as part of a Sales Team
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
  • Must be fluent in English and have the ability to communicate with a wide variety of customers throughout Europe.
  • Must be organized and highly detail oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Must possess basic computer skills - Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Must be able to problem solve and provide solutions to customers and prospects based on an understanding of their needs.
  • 2nd Language an added advantage, however not vital.


Primary Duties:


  • Provide Customer service for existing and new business clients through telephone contact and any other means necessary, building on existing relationships.
  • Provide daily support to the sales team for the following tasks:
  • Process customer orders and RFQ's
  • Provide logistical support to customers by communicating shipping status and options.
  • Direct customer communication on inventory levels, stock availability, etc.
  • Accountable for own work ethic, actions and performance
  • Consistently work and act with a sense of urgency
