We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Support member for our clients Sales Team.
This position will require organisation skills and a proven track record in customer service.
Skill Requirements:
- The successful applicant must have the ability to work as part of a Sales Team
- Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Must be fluent in English and have the ability to communicate with a wide variety of customers throughout Europe.
- Must be organized and highly detail oriented with ability to multi-task
- Must possess basic computer skills - Outlook, Word & Excel
- Must be able to problem solve and provide solutions to customers and prospects based on an understanding of their needs.
- 2nd Language an added advantage, however not vital.
Primary Duties:
- Provide Customer service for existing and new business clients through telephone contact and any other means necessary, building on existing relationships.
- Provide daily support to the sales team for the following tasks:
- Process customer orders and RFQ's
- Provide logistical support to customers by communicating shipping status and options.
- Direct customer communication on inventory levels, stock availability, etc.
- Accountable for own work ethic, actions and performance
- Consistently work and act with a sense of urgency
