My client has several units throughout Dublin and the greater Dublin area and is seeking a strong manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent people management skills

Experience in KPI management and staff motivation

Previous telesales and face to face sales experience in order to coach sales team

A strong customer service focus

Experience in managing day to day operations

Confidence in decision making

Promotion to Branch Manager after successful period as assistant manager.
