Tech Support 2nd Line- Swedish

SWEDISH 2nd LINE TECH SUPPORT AGENTS REQUIRED
Experienced Swedish 2nd Line Technical Support Agents are required for an immediate start in global I.T company IBM located in the north side of Dublin.
THE ROLE:
Follow-up and resolution on tickets / escalations coming from IBM’s Swedish first-line support agents. Outbound calls to customers who have called technical support – solving their problems by phone, including remote access of customers’ computers where necessary.
THE PERSON:
- Speak native-level Swedish, with very fluent Norwegian being advantageous
- Have at least 1-2 years experience working in technical support or a similar IT problem-solving position
- Have a passion for IT, and enjoy being the person who can solve difficult problems for customers
- Preferably have completed an IT study qualification
- Have experience with Windows XP and / or Vista
