My client, the world's leading Social Networking website, is currently setting up their European HQ in Dublin. They are currently seeking User Operations Analysts who will be responsible for communicating trends in User behaviour and solving user queries as well as working on projects and online sales operators, who will be responsible for pre and post sales support for advertising clients
Ideal candidates will have
- customer service/online experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Third level education is preferred
- A passion for social networking
- The ability to work in a team

This is not a telephone based or call centre role
