Executive Secretary


The Executive Secretary is a high-level administrative position that works closely with the Joint Managing Directors and Sales Directors.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Executive Secretary will be a motivated, outgoing personality with an ability to multitask and communicate.

She/he will provide a proactive, efficient and confidential support service to the Company's senior team.




Essential Requirements:


• Relevant Administrative qualification.

• Minimum 5 years proven work experience within a similar type role ideally gained within the medical industry and essentially within a sales focussed environment.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondence and other communications quickly with minimum direction.

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to track and manage multiple projects/tasks at one time.

• Ability to act efficiently on last-minute projects

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Web Applications
 
• Proven Diary & Travel Management experience

• Excellent telephone manner


Medical experience essential

Basic salary will reflect Candidate's experience €45 - €55k
