Job Description

As product manager you will be responsible for the commercialisation of a variety of products within the life assurance market.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for product revenue and income targets
• In co-operation with marketing, produce creative and cut-through campaigns that improve product penetration and relevance to the target market.
• Monitor Industry, competitor and customer trends and develop appropriate product propositions in response.
• Review overall product life cycle & identify improvements to product / process to enhance proposition for specific segments and customers generally
• Support new product initiatives as required including needs analysis, preparation of business case, pricing, obtaining approvals and implementation.
• Maintain product change documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Skills/Experience
• Track record of commercial product management within Financial Services
• Resourceful with ability to deliver on revenue & income targets
• Ability to think creatively and generate and communicate product messages.
• Organized with ability to apply structure to analysis and problem solving
• Strong team player with track record of working with other business teams to deliver objectives

Education / Professional Qualifications

• Ideally you will possess a third level marketing qualification
