Manpower is currently recruiting for Norwegian, Danish and Swedish speakers for one of the world's leading companies - IBM!
If you have some computer/IT knowledge and good customer service skills, this is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic role where you will learn new skills and work in an international environment.
Telephone interviews and a relocation package are provided for candidates who are not currently in Dublin!
The role involves dealing with IBM's clients, troubleshooting their IT problems and answering their queries.
It is important to have good computer knowledge or an interest in computers and you will get training about the IBM products.
There are several teams; some are more customer service orientated while others are more technical. You will be placed according your technical knowledge.
The position requires good PC skills, customer service skills, phone manners, and the ability to work in a team.
· This role starts for a period of 11 months and then extended on 12 month basis.
- 18,5 days holidays for 11 month period + 9 bank holidays per year
- You will be given full training when you start.
