Marketing Manager required for leading global gaming and betting firm (KMG)
The role will consist of the following responsibilities:
Project manage sponsorship in Ireland.
Work with central marketing team to create, plan and deliver integrated campaigns across all product categories.
To ensure that all activity objectives and KPI's are clear and can be tracked effectively.
To prepare campaign briefs before key activities and work with the central marketing functions to deliver to timescale and budget.
To carry out post-activity and/or campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and make sure lessons learned.
To track campaign budget spend and commitment.
To propose and implement changes to future activities and/or campaigns based on learning. Increasing the operational effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting budget allocation to the highest ROI channels is key.
Plan and test new approaches to our Irish marketing & sales activities.
The ideal candidate should have:
5+ years marketing experience in commercially focussed, B2C organisation(s) focused on sales, marketing and customer retention, with significant online experience.
Proven expertise in campaign analysis, customer segmentation, business intelligence and monitoring ROI.
Specific detailed experience in Data Analysis & Reporting is an advantage.
A good understanding and a passion for sports & betting is desirable.
A creative thinker who wants to make a difference.
Commercially orientated team player.
Organised, a good planner and self starter.
