                                              SUPPLY CHAIN CO-ORDINATOR- Kilkenny

Our client a leading FMCG manufacturing facility based in Kilkenny are working in partnership with us in Brunel Recruitment to source an experienced Supply Chain Co-Ordinator

Due to continued growth in the sector, this company require someone to help manage the supply of product across the region of EMEA. This role is a customer facing role that requires liaison with a diverse range of customers across multisites. This role will be based working from Kilkenny.

Responsibilities:

- Processing all orders for product ensuring that they are delivered to a high quality and in a timely fashion.
- Produce and own forecast for overseas business ensuring an efficient balance between the customer never being out of stock and minimising working capital.
- Place orders with multiple manufacturing partners.
- Continuous communication with customers.
- Manager customer complaints and ensure appropriate resolution is done in a timely fashion.
- Plan and organise the transfer of finished goods from third party warehouse to overseas customers.
- Monitoring EMEA finished goods stock levels
- Proactively look at ways to improve supply networks through comprehensive performance management
- Managing clerical, administrative and warehouse distribution staff
- Managing SAP warehouse interface

Requirements:

- Degree in business studies or supply chain or related area.
- Minimum 3 years experience at a similar level preferably with previous experience within Supply Chain along with a proven track record in delaing with Multi-sites..
- Self motivated and enthusiastic.
- Customer focused.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- Possess strong computer skills.
- SAP experience beneficial
