• Monitors supply of Subcontractor provided materials.
  
• Orders provided materials from Logistics Department
  
• Evaluates construction subcontractors according to the fixed Scope of Work and project goals.
  
• Complies with the construction processes and the defined time schedule
  
• Responsible for all aspects of the Construction Technical Site Survey Report, Permit Drawing review,
  
• Construction Drawing review, Construction Site Acceptance procedure from the Subcontractor.
  
• Comprehends Subcontractor's contractual obligations and Scope of Work.
  
• Detailed per site knowledge and site visits to all sites allocated.
  
• Advance planning for each site to avoid delays.
  
• Monitors and reports the status and quality of each allocated site
  
• Identification of the Model Site pricing and all Out of Scope Cost Estimates on Technical Site Survey and valuation of the costs of Construction.
  
• Collects site documentation and As-built drawings from subcontractors to provide to the Design Supervisor

Experience Needed:

• 2 years experience in telecommunication project management or telecommunications construction work project experience required.
  
• Strong subcontractor management and decision making skills.
  
• Ability to work independently under extreme pressure with tight timeframes.
  
• Accurate, reliable, self-confident and firm.
  
• Strong understanding of basic construction principles.
  
• Candidates must have their safe pass and height training and previous experience of mobile site builds.
