Vacancy Details: HR Trainer
Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager the key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
• Plan, design & develop training initiatives for companies employees and Retailers.
• Plan the National & Regional Training Calendars.
• Prepare & deliver targeted training.
• Ensure that all training initiatives are in line with our brands and guiding principles
• Ensure that training provides measurable Value for Money through learning transfer and clear Return on Investment
• Support the brands through input to Cross-functional work
• Provide direct HR support through the HR Helpdesk
• Provide HR Business Partner support to internal Departments and to the HR Department on relevant projects
• Commitment to Continuous Professional Development in order to be in a position to deliver additional training as required
