 The successful candidate will report to the Development Manager.

The role involves the provision of technical support to the production departments, including participation in continuous improvement initiatives and the management of process development projects.

Key duties will also include:

    process investigation and problem solving
    the design and performance of laboratory-scale and pilot-scale trials
    the design and co-ordination of process qualification studies
    evaluation of process deviations / changes
*    documentation support.

The ideal candidate will have an honours degree in Pharmacy and experience in product / process development or related post-graduate research. He / she will possess excellent teamwork skills as well as being capable of working on his / her own initiative.
