This role is with the technical support team so strong PC skills are desirable,

The ideal candidate will have:

- Fluent in either: Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Dutch or Danish.
- A strong understanding of English both written and spoke is essential.
- Min 6 months customer service / technical support.
- Solid trouble shooting skills.
- Excellent PC Skills.
- Knowledge Microsoft Vista.
