Project Manager - Transition exp

My Client is a Global Outsourcing company. They have currently won a number of new Contracts and are looking for a Project Manager to come on board immediatly and assist in the co-ordination of these.
The role:
- Perform PM duties on a Business Transition program.
- Bringing together two stream's of business involves streamlining people, processes and knowledge.
- Ensure adherence to all timelines and ensuring lines of communications are clear with clients and 3rd parties.
Currently the role is still in planning phase so ideal opportunity to join and map out the project.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years Project Management experience: Ideally - Vendor Transition Framework
- High Level of engagement with stakeholders
- Previous large scale business project an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a proven PM methodology experience
- Experience essential in delivering Project Planning, Risk planning, issue management, GAP analysis etc.
Up to 60% of this role will involve worldwide travel
