Customer Pricing Candidate

My Client is a world leader in the Medical Sector, and is currently recognised as one of the top 5 Global Healthcare companies. Due to continued expansion they are currently looking for 2 Pricing and Contracts Assistants to start working with them immediatly.
Responsibilities:
- Generating quotations, tenders, letters & reports in response to customer requests, invitations to tender, etc in the correct format and within agreed timelines.
- Setting up Single Volume Orders & Quotations on the ERP software pricing module in a timely manner
- Setting up, checking and control of customer price lists within the ERP software
- Investigation of suspended orders and invoice queries relating to price discrepancies, involving liaison with customers, sales force, customer services & finance teams where necessary, and ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner
- To respond to all internal/external requests and queries in a timely manner, ensuring that a high level of professional service is maintained at all times
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required, most importantly Word and Excel
- Exposure to customer pricing for 2-3 years in the healthcare industry or in the public sector.
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Someone with a finance background e.g. accounts payable or accounts receivable.
- 3rd level diploma or degree in business related area e.g. business studies. Finance preferable
- To understand the commercial supply chain including the interactions of finance in this.
