Our client, is a multi-national company based on the out-skirts of Cork city. They are recruiting for a 9 month contract.
Job Description
This is a financial accounting role, that would suit a qualified accountant, with approx 2 years post-qualification experience within a multi-national industry environment, within a Shared Service Centre.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Financial accounting and reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reports, profit and loss etc.
- Contribute to the the producing and delivery of financial results
- Liaise with the legal and tax departments, as required
- Ad- hoc project work within the finance department
- Assist with the external auditors
Skills/Experience
- Practice trained
- ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA/ CPA qualified
- At least 2 years post-qualification experience within a multi-national SSC environment required
- Experience in the use of and ERP system an advantage, JDEdwards, SAP, Oracle etc.
