Management Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Work within the Finance Team to deliver accurate and timely management accounts for the business unit, as well as required corporate and statutory reporting
Ø Support the Global BPO Director with financial support and analysis, as required.
Ø Liaise closely with senior management at other group companies who will provide part of the services to the client
Ø Prepare annual budget for business unit, including re-forecast and any reporting required. Facilitate the consolidation of the budget into the AFS budget.
Ø Control all the costs of the business unit including suppliers, employee expenses, travel costs and other expenses
Ø Manage the invoice generation and cash collection process for the business unit using the client PO system.
Ø Prepare supporting information and documentation for incorporation into client invoices
Ø Month end preparations and preparation of input files for Group internal reporting systems (Magnitude)
Ø Preparation of business unit client reporting for Senior Management (within SAP system)
Ø Maintain supporting records and analyses for internal and external auditors.
Ø Provide business unit input to the consolidated management, group and cost accounting processes
Ø Ensure finance related policies and procedures are updated and implemented consistently across the business unit.
Ø Provide support to senior management on Projects as they arise
Skills and Experience:
Ø Financial Degree and/or Professional Qualification preferred but not minimum
Ø Minimum of 5 years experience working in a multinational reporting environment
Strong influencing skills and the ability to work closely with senior management
Ø Good commercial understanding is considered important for this role
Ø SAP experience would be an advantage, though not essential
Ø Ability to work on own initiative in a fluid environment is critical
Ø Self motivated and ability to work to deadlines in a global environment is important
Ø Ambitious person looking for career progression and development
Ø excellent communication skills - both oral and written
Ø Excellent PC skills including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
