                                       Operations Manager – Customer Support Centre

An experienced Opertions Manager is required for a leading IT company in the Limerick area.

The Role:
Manages team responsible for operational processes ensuring scalability and quality customer support (internal or external)
Works extensively with logistics and field management, Partners and Tech support to ensure services delivery is completed per contracted service level end to end.
eam supports Enterprise customers 7×24 365 with customer critical operations flawless execution is crucial.
Team is an integral resource ensuring communication is processed across all partners and with the customer.
Manager and team acts as the front line communication team for Tech support into the field delivery organization.
Sets strategic direction with Logistics and Field management on service delivery solutions Develops, plans, implements and/or participates in cross-functional projects and/or assignments to improve operational performance and ensure infrastructure support.
Handles complex projects.

Requirements:
Previous Operations experience in a Customer Support Centre.
Proven leadership and team building skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams.
Proven effective project management skills.
Significant understanding of business and business needs.
Significant knowledge of product lines, technical knowledge.
Advanced customer service skills.
