Our client a leading property consultancies in the Cork area is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager in there Residental Sales department.
The Role:
• Manage existing clients and residential property portfolio as well as generate new business and client relationships
• Secure new instructions
• Valuation, marketing and sale of residential property
• Use of residential agency property systems (training will be provided)

Requirements:
• Previous Residental Experience is required.
• Target driven sales and customer service background essential
• Experience in cold calling, building relationships and developing new and existing business essential
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and report writing skills
• Outstanding ability to liaise with vendors and purchasers
• Highly pro active, ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to work as a self motivated team player, as part of a dynamic team
