Description

An Infamous Social Networking site is seeking Swedish speaking analysts to join our Customer Operations team. Our Client's Customer Operations team is dedicated to supporting and expanding their Online Sales advertisers. Team members will be responsible for demonstrating the value of our Client's advertising solutions and providing pre and post sales support for all ad products. This position is full time and located in our Dublin office.

Responsibilities

Provide pre and post sales support for all Online Sales ad products
Help team to achieve revenue goals and advertiser acquisition targets
Gather customer feedback to enhance ad products and customer experience
Monitor and review ad products purchased
Identify trends to enhance the support process and improve team efficiency
Help grow the Customer Operations team in Dublin and the team's international focus

Requirements

Fluency in written and conversational Swedish and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution
Critical thinker
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Avid Online Social Networking user
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment a plus
Valid EU work authorization
