Project Analyst with leading Multi National 6 month contract
Project Analyst will support the implementation solution for Inventory, Item Master, Intercompany and Supply Chain and support the live production environment within Inventory operations.
Job Specification
Technical Expertise
Support delivery of Country integrations
Country Design- review, analyse and scope
Understand specific country rules & requirements
Data Conversion- understand transactional conversions, data cleansing and enrichments
Understand daily inventory transactions and ensure data integrity.
Understand Supply Chain and Distribution Agreements and co-ordinate product test, new components, regression and UAT Testing
Customer Service
Contribute to a team effort and assist colleagues as needed to balance workloads.
Help to create a work atmosphere conducive to a high degree of integrity and
Maintain customer (other departments and foreign locations) satisfaction by promptly following up on customers' requests for information.
Managing Relationship
To develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders to maximise customer service and meet Service Level Agreements.
Experience Required
University Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting desirable o Part-fall Qualified Accountant, CIMA preferable o Project Management Experience desirable
Cost accounting exposure in a manufacturing or logistics environment a plus
Proven experience on ERP systems, Oracle and SAP a plus
Multinational environment desirable
Ability to work independently, to work under pressure and to handle several
projects at once
Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to changing needs
High level- of self-motivation, energy and flexibility
Highly customer and service minded
Proficiency in PC skills (inc. Word and Excel)
Strong accounting, interpersonal, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Respect for diverse cultures, especially Pan-European
Language skills desired
