This fund administration is embarking on a growth campaign and is seeking to build on its highly skilled team. This is a boutique administrator with a growing list of clients who are attracted by the premium service.

- Final Review of dealing schedules, transaction journals and Shareholder registers.
- Review and interpret Fund documentation.
- The completion and sign-off of all checklists appropriate to the dealing process.
- Ensure procedures are reflective of the details outlined in operating agreements.
- Liaising directly with clients and reporting on satisfaction with service to department head.

Experience:

- 3 + years experience in the hedge fund industry
- Sound knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities.
- Strong PC-based experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with Clients and Investors,

Salary / Remuneration: 35 - 45 K
