freelance Business Data Analyst

by Accounting Division in Dublin City Centre

 
Our Client a Multi National based in South Dublin is seeking a Business Data Analyst to interview next week and start on the 23rd November.



It is essential that you are an enthusiastic team player with excellent Excel and commercial experience.


Duties will include:



Extensive management reporting in the form of daily/weekly/monthly management reports. Continuously performing statistical analysis of such business data

Design and create data reports and reporting tools which assist the business in their decision making i.e. manpower planning, productivity, volumes and centre performance.

To streamline current reports through automation where possible

Analyze data to identify patterns and correlations among various data points

Mapping and tracing data from system to system in order to solve a given business or system problem

Represent the department in meetings and serve as customer advocate when appropriate

Constantly improve reporting mechanisms where possible through researching best practices and leading improvement efforts/projects, automation, etc.

Ensuring work practices / processes are SOX compliant where appropriate

Assist Extended Management Team with reporting queries and provide them with relevant data as necessary

Automation of data from reports through Excel and Access

Analyze workforce issues to predict hiring needs and product lines (using a workforce management tool)

Headcount and Budgeting (Resource planning)



Experience/Skills ;


Have worked in a contact centre / order management environment
Advanced Excel - Creation of Macros and Pivot tables (essential)
Available to start immediately
Team player
Flexible and motivated
