Job Description of the Telesales Executive
- To sell advertising space to private customers in Ireland and in doing so achieve set targets, no lead generation is necessary as a full and detailed database is available
Roles/Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive
- To contact potential customers from leads issued, present the features and benefits of advertising with the magazine and attempt to close the sale over the phone
- To convert a minimum number of leads to sales and achieving a minimum standard average sales per hour as outlined in the targets
- To attempt to overcome customer objections and in doing so use the sales script and line managers advice
Skills/Experience of the Telesales Executive
- Must have at least 12 months outbound telephone sales experience in a fast paced targeted environment
- Solid work history with proven track record in making outbound telephone sales and achieving competitive targets
Personal Attributes of the Telesales Executive
- Ambitious
- Competitive drive is essential
- Money motivated
