Business Support Accountant

Our client, a leading Cork employer, requires a Business Support Accountant to act as a consultant to its clients across the country. This is an excellent opportunity to improve on financial accounting and analysis experience and learn from experienced business managers.

Job Description:

• Analyse line by line detail of monthly management accounts
  
• Advise on loss making activities
  
• Through fianncial analysis advise on corrective actions to improve profitability
  
• Provide training and advice to in house finance team
  
• Significant travel throughout the country is involved

Skills / Experience:

• This role would suit either a newly qualified accountant or an accountant qualified by experience
  
• Systems experience would be an advantage
  
• Strong customer relationship management skills is essential
  
• Demonstration of high level of analytical skills is a must
