Role: Our Client, a leading Irish food company and a globally recognised brand seeks an internal auditor to join their expanding finance team. Excellent opportunity for career progression and international experience also

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and effectively plan, execute and report on audits carried out at the Group's locations worldwide.

• Take on ad hoc projects (individually or as a team member, as allocated to you by your manager) that arise, both within the department and the divisions and perform them to the satisfaction of the customer (e.g. Acquisitions, Assisting in year end financial accounting process, Interim Financial Control / Financial Accounting roles, etc.)


• Make a positive contribution to the Group's Risk Assessment & Reporting processes and overall management of internal control, corporate governance and risk management.

• Display a strong professional image to finance and other management in the divisions and at corporate head office so that the output of the Internal Audit Department is received enthusiastically.

Skills Required:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified


• Experience is a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Ability to work within tight operating deadlines and strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to work as part of a team and independently as required.
