My Client are a leading international Debt company. They currently are establishing a new Sales team for the Business to Business market in Dublin. This role is as a direct results of huge growth over the last 12 months in the company.
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience managing, recruiting and trainging a telesales team
- Have over 3 years experience in a team leader or manager role
- Have over 3 years experience in a B2B Direct Telesales position
- Be a driven, successful sales candidate who can work to targets
The role:
- Building up an client base
- Generating Leads
- Recruiting, mentoring and training the sales team
