full time Operations Manager

Role: Our client, a highly progressive indigenous business, seeks an Operations Manager to join their expanding service team.



Responsibilities:

· Owner of Internal relationships and Dependencies


· Responsible for the alignment of the operations with the clients required deliverables


· Scope and manage the implementation of any project/ new business for the client


· Manage the relationship with key external relationships



  • Reporting to colleagues within the operation on the delivery of SLA's and identifying trends within the key performance areas

  • Maintaining the regular communication and reporting sessions with the client and ensuring that all reports are delivered in line with corporate standards and reflect the effort and productivity of the operation.

· Drive efficiencies in the core process by continually monitoring KPI's and implementing programmes to reduce overheads and eliminate bottlenecks.


· Overall responsibility for continually developing effectiveness of core processes through strategic projects and programmes. Develop and maintain working relationships with the L&I / Client services community to support these programmes.


· Maintain consistent focus on quality of service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.




Skills Required:




    • Proven experience from a Financial Services or Customer Services background

    • Demonstrated track record of managing people and metrics

    • Previous experience of process review and implementation Excellent written skill set

    • Strong business acumen

    • Experience in identifying, assessing and developing activities to improve performance using tools such as process mapping and workflow analysis

    • Strong commercial judgment - able to understand business impacts of processes and decisions

    • Self starter, able to work with minimal supervision
