Our Client, a top firm in Dublin City Centre are looking for an experienced litgiation secretary for a 2 week temporary assignment.
Roles/Responsibilities
Audio Typing of documents, letters, contracts and briefing
To edit and create new legal documents and templates
Maintaining client files
General administration including filing and archiving documents
Dealing with any queries from clients
Skills/Experience
At Least 3 years experience in litigation
Minimum typing speeds of 60 words per minute
Excellent computer skills with Advanced Word
Ability to multi task and prioritize
Ability to work well under pressure and work to tight deadlines
Well presented and professional
