A Leading Distribution Company based in Dublin 15 is recruiting a Junior Sales Administrator for a 7 month contract.
Job Description
You will provide administrative support to the sales team. In addition to this you will be the main point of contact for customers.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Order processing
- Scheduling deliveries
- Compiling quotations
- Dealing with customer queries
- General administration
Skills/Experience
- Minimum of 2 years sales administrative experience is essential
- Fluency in a 2nd language would be a distinct advantage but not essential
- Good working knowledge of MS Word & Excel is essential
