full time Finance Manager, North Cork

Role: Our client, a globally recognised brand seeks a Finance Manager to join their expanding finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the financial reporting of the group.


Responsibilities:


  • Management of the Financial Control team

  • Preparation & Presentation of monthly accounts, P&L and Balance Sheet to management

  • Review & improve the financial controls within the business

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives under the principles of ?Lean?.

  • Preparation and presentation of Quarterly cash flows

  • Liaise with auditors at year end

  • Ensure that KPI's of business performance are prepared and actioned

  • Budget preparation

Skills Required:


  • Qualified Finance Manager with 3-4 years experience of managing people

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to bring innovative ideas to the table and challenge opinions
