Our client:

An irish bank with significant property portfolio who are undertaking significant change projects across the business.

The role:

• Early identification of cases that are considered a risk profile
• Manage relationship with identified property lending customers
• Offer commercial advice re allocation of assets
• Assist with customer negotiations to agree repayment of facilities.
• Lead follow up to ensure payments are received and properly applied
• Secure and analyse required information in order to facilitate restructure of existing agreements so that approvals and documentation can be prepared
• Secure signed contracts and legal documents from clients
• Coordinate client visits
• Negotiate payments, establish reasons for arrears and gather information on customer's circumstances.
• Attend court cases and liase with receivers and liquidators as necessary.
• Summarise weekly visits and inspections for reporting purposes

The candidate

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years in commercial / corporate property lending in the domestic market.
Proven track record of negotiation
Strong awareness of legal issues facing destressed portfolios
