Branch/Operations Manager Required

Our client, who has several outlets across Ireland and has experienced continuous growth over the past few years, is looking for a Branch Manager/ Operations Manager to join the flagship store in Dublin. The successful candidate will be invited to join a highly experienced team and will be a core element to our client's achievements in the coming future.
The ideal candidate for this role will have 3/4 years previous operations, sales and customer service experience within a builders providers in Ireland. You will have excellent commercial and operational experience, a strong customer focus and experience in all aspects of cost control, margins and profit. We are looking for someone who is a Team Leader and who has knowledge of purchasing goods.
Your primary duties will be to maximise sales and ensure our clients service operates to the highest standards in customer service possible. You will oversee the management of staff, cost controls and where applicable minimise all controllable cost. You will be expected to ensure the quality of product purchasing & product margins. Finally you will develop & implement excellent retail standards throughout the store
