Travel Specialist - Scandinavia
An experienced Travel Specialist - Scandinavia is required for an immediate start with a leading global holiday specialist.
The Role:
Ensure all calls are promptly and efficiently handled
Maintain regular contact with Members in an effort to satisfy their holiday requirements
Ensuring a top service is delivered to members at all times
Ensuring all the necessary documentation is accurately completed after each call
Ensuring weekly production targets are met
Providing excellent service levels
Working effectively in a fast moving & multi-lingual team
Requirements:
Fluency in one of the Scandic languages required (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish) in addition to a good working knowledge of the others. A high proficiency in English is also required.
Candidates must have experience in International travel
Experience of having worked with CRS Systems - Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus
Excellent communications, interpersonal and organisation skills required
At least 1 years experience as a Travel Consultant, in a sales/target-driven travel environment using a CRS system
Knowledge of the travel industry, charter and scheduled flights
Previous experience with Windows-based software products a necessity.
