An experienced Complaints Resolution Specialist with fluent German and English is required for an immediate start.Fantastic opportunity to work in an international environment in one of the leading IT companies!
THE ROLE:
- Contacting clients and providing support with their complaints and critical situations
- Understanding client requests, recognize major obstacles and escalate if needed
- Analyze the situation and develop action plans
- Cooperate with technical and other departments to find a solution
- Keep the client satisfied
REQUIREMENTS:
- German speaker and fluent in English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate issues and multi task within a team business network environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong problem solving skills
