Telesales Representative with English and Russian - Senior
An experienced Telesales Rep with fluent Russian and English is required for a leading global IT company.
THE ROLE:
The Telesales Representative is responsible for managing sales transactions primarily over the phone and via e-mail. The focus is on existing customers and where a contract needs to be renewed. The key requirement is to be able to understand existing sales contracts and entitlements, and to communicate effectively over the phone. The Telesales role does not include cold-calling or Telemarketing tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Fluent Russian and English is a must.
? Excellent communication skills (listening, influencing, persuading)
? Proactive, willing to take ownership and initiative
? Strong Sales Skills
? Strong administrative skills
? Prior work experience required, either in Sales or Sales Support
