• Establish & set up new Outbound Telesales Team
  
• Assume full responsibility & accountability for the budget
  
• Develop and implement strategic sales plan
  
• Recruit, lead & develop a team of outbound telesales
  
• Execute a plan to migrate existing customer care team to telesales team

Skills/Experience of the Inside Sales Manager

• 5 years outbound telesales management experience ESSENTIAL in a Service industry preferably the food/drink Industry
  
• People Management experience including setting objectives, coaching for performance, giving feedback
  
• Ability to clearly demonstrate achievement of results in a fast paced and aggressive sales environment ONLY
