Job Title: Inbound Claims Advisor
Key Areas of Responsibility
· Answering inbound claims calls via Telephone or Email
· Accurate Data entry and reconciliation
· Dealing with queries over the phone and logging all query's on approved system
· Escalate any queries which cannot be resolved and assign to appropriate Product Specialist
· Resolving internal e-mail queries
· Ensuring service standards are met or exceeded
· Resolving over the phone any outstanding or serious complaints
· Processing claims
· Processing all claims received and logging on approved system
· Liaising with members and health providers by telephone, e-mail and letter to ensure all relevant data and material is received in order to process the claim appropriately
· Make decisions with regard to cover
· Processing of tax forms
· Assisting with admin tasks including photocopying, scanning and filing
Qualifications:
- Insurance knowledge
- Insurance related qualification (completed or with a view to pursue)
Experience
- Previous Clerical experience required.
