Job Description
They currently have a requirement for a team of Customer Service Representatives for a 6 month contract. Only suitable applicants can be contacted so please ensure that you meet the requirements as below.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Dealing with high volume inbound calls
- Managing customer queries and escalating where appropriate
- Guiding customers on available options
- Upselling on current packages
Skills/Experience
You must have at least 2 years customer service experience with some telesales within the Financial Services Sector.
Personal Attributes
You must be a strong team player with a confident and professional phone manner.
