Our client, a leading City Centre based Fund Administration Organisation, are currently recruiting for a a Senior Shareholder Services Associate to join their team.

If you have minimum 3-4 yrs relevant Hedge experience and are a Graduate from a Business/Finance or Accounting discipline, min 2nd Class Hons, please read on!

Requirements:



  • Strong Graduate from a Business/Finance or Accounting discipline – Min 2nd Class Hons

  • 3/4 yrs solid Hedge Shareholder Services experience with experience in


    • Processing Subscription & /Redemptions

    • AML & Compliance Checks

    • KYC

    • Dealing directly with Investment Managers & Investors

    • Working independently on all other aspects of investor services and managing a high volume of transactions & enquiries

  • Must be highly detail orientated & motivated

  • Strong Client Services ethic

  • Career focused with a desire to progress and develop your career
 This role is very broad and hands-on and will offer excellent exposure.
