German Online Customer Support Analyst .
This is an analytical, multilingual position where the successful applicant will work within a team to improve our Client's online advertising products. You should be a quick learner and passionate about providing a better advertising experience for online users.
The successful applicant will help ensure that a quality advertising experience is provided to millions of internet users.
You will need to have authority to work in Ireland and will be required to produce documentary evidence to that effect.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate ads and websites in your specialist language to identify areas of concern and interest.
- Help enforce our Client's advertising policies to ensure that their standards are upheld.
- Communicate with linguist and engineering teams to improve their advertising quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant professional work experience.
- Exceptional internet research skills.
- Knowledge of web technologies.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German
- Good command of the English language.
