Due to demand, Manpower Dublin City is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our busy Dublin 2 office.
We are seeking an ambitious, tenacious candidate who is motivated, professional and able to multi-task.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include working with the existing team to generate fees and leads to maximise the profitability of your desk. Using your sales skills to develop strong relationships with our established client base, your role will be varied and will include:

- Pro-actively developing relationships with your clients through regular contact, face-to-face meetings and providing a high quality recruitment service
- Identifying and developing new clients
- Direct marketing of candidates
- Providing recruitment solutions to your clients requirements
Ideally you will have:
- A proven successful track record in recruitment or telesales
- Strong negotiating skills
- Proven background in Business development & Sales
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work on own initiative
