Job Description

Your role will be to lead an existing team of personal lines staff dealing with motor, household and travel business.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Development of existing staff through coaching, mentoring and motivation
  
• Co-ordination of team to achieve business objectives and team targets
  
• Management of key client relationships
  
• Provide direction on escalation issues
  
• Re-engineer processes to achieve operational efficiencies

Skills/Experience

• Candidates must have demonstrated capability in people management
  
• Strong product knowledge across motor, household and travel insurance.
  
• Ability to lead by example, build a positive work culture and drive performance

Education / Professional Qualifications

• Ideally you will possess Insurance industry qualifications.
