Job description
- Direct support to client complaints and critical situations
- Acknowledge ownership to client
- Understand the context and background of the client's problem/request
- Negotiate commitments with client
- Develop action plans and drive to resolve
- Identify and engage appropriate resources
- For selected complex complaints or critical situations involve an Expert-Resolution Owner
- Recognize major obstacle and escalate if needed
Education:
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills:
English - fluent and German - fluent
• Strong Communication skills
• Business networking experience
• Excellent co-ordination, leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent in client service & client satisfaction
