Credit Control Manager

Job Description

Improve and standardise the credit control function, working closely with company management to identify problem accounts and resolve bad debt accounts.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage full Credit function
  
• Implement efficient methods of dunning/collection
  
• Improve overall collections of company debts
  
• Manage credit insurance
  
• Set team KPIs
  
• Put in place new structures and functions to improve credit operations

Skills/Experience

• 3-4 years experience within managerial credit role
  
• People management
  
• Experience in high volume environment
  
• FMCG experience

Education / Professional Qualifications

• Sun experience an advantage
  
• Business degree or accounting qualification

Personal Attributes

• Innovative and ability to suggests improvement areas
  
• Assertive in approach to work
  
• Self motivated
