My client a leading, reputable City Centre Insurance Brokers are currently expanding their Insurance Telesales teams.

With vacancies in both Motor & Home and also Health Insurance, this is a great opportunity to earn excellent commission within a dynamic environment. Working from an existing customer database, means there is no cold calling involved!

Role:

The Role Holder will have the responsibility of quoting for motor and home insurance policies or Health insurance, on both an inbound and outbound call basis. From time to time the role holder will be required to offer quotations to clients on a face to face basis at our offices.

This role also involves dealing with client queries in relation to quotations recently received from us as well as any other tasks/duties assigned by management.

The role holder will undertake a comprehensive training programme at the outset of their employment with a designated Trainer.

· Making/Taking calls to/from for both motor & home insurance

· Taking inbound calls from clients and dealing with their queries in relation to their quotation

· Responsibility in performing tasks in a manner which complies with the Financial Regulator

· Responsibility to meet monthly targets for both quotations issued and sales closed

· Cross Selling other insurance products

· Work within a team to meet and exceed team targets

· Work within a team to help drive sales, competitiveness and enhance sales techniques

Experience:

· Previous selling experience

· Proven track record in generating sales and converting them.

· Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills

· Ability to work to deadlines and targets

· Ability to adapt to tasks in a challenging environment

· Ambitious, results orientated, desire to exceed target to earn bonus overrides

· Excellent PC Skills
