The Sales & Marketing Desk @ la creme has been requested by a key client to source a highly experienced and reputable Regional Sales Manager for the Munster region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FMCG sales manager to join a very well established and progressive FMCG firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and motivate the existing field sales team of 15 executives
- Examine sales trends and consumer patterns amongst the symbol groups and regional independents
- In tandem with the National Sales Director drive and develop regional sales strategies
- Logistic and financial reporting on a weekly basis
- Client relationship management and gap analysis
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years sales team management ( minimum team #12)
- 8-10 years FMCG retail experience with large brand experience
- Operational Management including logistics and financial
- Experience drafting sales strategies and consequent reporting of trends
