Position: Sales Type: Inbound Sales
Team Size: 2 Executives
Reporting to: Online Marketing Manager
Product: Online Retail
Location: Cork
Salary: 27K


Experience Required:

- 2 years minimum sales administration and online management experience
- Commercial experience populating database and updated files
- Direct email marketing with experience with copywriting experience
- PPC & SEO experience in online retailing - Google analytics
- Proven ability to carry out desk research using on and offline resources

Role and responsibilites:

- Dealing with inbound sales enquiries via online channels
- Ensure the correct contact details are updated and aded to system
- Identify a call to action for each call - Repeat call, client visit, send information and follow up
- Establish a target market of choice and develop your name as the point of call for direct e-marketing
- Co-ordinate logistics of delivery
- Ensure website interface and engagement is tracked reporting trends

Successful candidate:

- Good tenure minimum 2 years in last role
- Sales/marketing experience B2B required in with website responsibilities
- Excellent MS Office skills with reporting & graphing experience -
- Strong commercial accumen and experienced in targeting SME market
- Excellent rapport building, engaging and good verbal presenter
